The main office's distance from the room areas feels inconvenient, especially when needing assistance. Several issues pop up, like strong odors in the hallways and uninviting bathrooms that could use renovations. Parking lots show significant wear, with large potholes that make navigating tricky, and the constant scent of weed in the first-floor area might be off-putting for some.

The office being 1/4 km from the rooms is absurd!!! A serious lack of security makes you wonder about safety!!! Dirty hallways and overflowing garbage shouldn't be an acceptable sight anywhere!!!

I really enjoyed the clean rooms and the comfortable beds during my stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the pancake and waffle makers! I would definitely choose this place again.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free wi-fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay! I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a xmas.

This spot was just appropriate for a quick stay in Plattsburgh with good value considering what we paid. The room was fairly clean, but I wasn't sure if the sheets had actually been changed. Just a heads up, there are no elevators, so be ready to climb stairs.

The beds were super comfortable, which made our stay cozy 😍. However, the dining options could really use an upgrade. Would love more variety next time!
